Shin Eun-Sook

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the health promotion behaviors of university students and their related factors. A survey was used. The results of the study showed that the scores of health promotion behavior were statistically significant in the group of sex, age, living with parents, and regular luck more than five times per week, in the group of regular meals, and in the healthy group. In the bivariate analysis of age, quality of life, life stress, and health promotion behavior, quality of life score increased with age, life stress decreased, and health promotion behavior score increased with age. In addition, as life stress increased, scores of health promotion behavior decreased and were statistically significant. In particular, hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that demographic, situational, health-related, and quality of life scores and life stress were highly correlated with demographic, contextual, and health-related behaviors. This suggests that the characteristics and quality of life scores and life stress are highly related.
